Technical logs are retained for 12 months.

Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

QuantisphereGlobal, headquartered at Calle Dehesillas 2, 3, Piso 2 D, Madrid, Spain, provides the following refund terms for all services rendered.

1. Service Commencement and Milestone-Based Billing

All services are billed according to agreed-upon project milestones. Payment is required at each milestone before subsequent work begins. Once a milestone has been completed and approved, that portion of the service is non-refundable.

2. Pre-Commencement Cancellation

If a client cancels a project before any work has commenced, a full refund of any advance payments will be issued within 14 business days, minus any administrative processing fees not exceeding 5% of the payment amount.

3. Partial Refunds

If a project is cancelled after work has commenced but before completion, a partial refund may be issued at the sole discretion of QuantisphereGlobal. The refund amount will be calculated based on the proportion of completed versus remaining milestones, minus any costs already incurred for third-party services, licenses, or infrastructure.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed and approved milestone deliverables
  • Third-party licenses, domain registrations, or infrastructure costs already procured
  • Consulting and audit services that have been delivered in full
  • Services rendered under active subscription agreements

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your project reference number and reason for the request. Refund requests are reviewed within 10 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from refund decisions will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the provision of web development, security, monitoring, and related infrastructure services by QuantisphereGlobal, registered at Calle Dehesillas 2, 3, Piso 2 D, Madrid, Spain. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Services

QuantisphereGlobal provides web platform development, server security hardening, infrastructure monitoring, cloud migration, performance optimization, and related technical services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work agreed upon by both parties.

2. Client Obligations

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
  • Grant timely access to systems, credentials, and infrastructure as required
  • Respond to requests for approval or feedback within agreed-upon timeframes
  • Maintain appropriate backups of their data independent of our service deliverables

3. Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Late payments incur a monthly surcharge of 1.5% on the outstanding balance. Services may be suspended for accounts more than 30 days past due.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for the client under a service agreement are transferred to the client's ownership. QuantisphereGlobal retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-proprietary tools developed during the engagement for future projects.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement for a period of 3 years.

6. Limitation of Liability

QuantisphereGlobal's total liability under any service agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.

7. Service Level Guarantees

Where applicable, specific uptime guarantees, response times, and support levels are defined in individual service agreements. Platform reliability services include defined SLA targets as specified in the relevant statement of work.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Early termination by the client requires payment for all completed milestones and incurred costs. QuantisphereGlobal may terminate immediately for material breach, including non-payment.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.

10. Amendments

QuantisphereGlobal reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of our services after the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
